Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in training with LevelUp Defense. Please review the following booking policy before registering. Group classes are held at Prescott Action Shooters Range, 9090 Forest Rd. 71, Wilhoit, AZ 86332. Each participant must register and pay individually—only one person per transaction is allowed. A signed waiver is required at the time of booking. Online payment is required to complete registration. Cancellations made 61 or more days before the class will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 31–60 days before the class will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 30 days of the class. Credit is not given for missed classes.
