By accessing or using the services of LevelUp Defense, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

Services

We provide firearms training, safety courses, and tactical instruction. Users must be legally eligible to handle firearms and must follow all safety protocols during sessions.

Bookings & Cancellations

Reservations must be made in advance. Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to be eligible for rescheduling or refund (see refund policy).

Conduct

Any participant acting irresponsibly, unsafely, or under the influence of substances will be removed from training without a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, including training materials and images, are the property of LevelUp Defense and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation.

​

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
